How to place an order
Well, just click on the SHOP button above, you will be redirected to our internet store, where you can order all Bachelor Records and Bachelor Archives titles that are currently in print, as well as hundreds of other records and magazines from various other cool record labels.
How much does the shipping cost?
I reall dont know. Depends on where you live and what you want to order. Just put the items in your shopping carts and go to the check out. Before you finalize your order, you can see the shipping costs.
If I order today, will I get the items tomorrow?
This is an easy one: NO! We are a small enterprise, we make runs to the postal office twice a week, and it depends of course where you live. Please note: If you place an international order, your package can take 3-6 weeks to arrive, depending on your country and the length of time it takes for packages to get through customs. Most international orders cannot be tracked, especially the small ones. If you want the order to be registerend, please say so in your order. You are responsible for any and all customs fees.
Reserve / Hold records and other items
It is not possible to reserve records or other items. We did that in the past, but often the "buyers" did not take them, bought them somewhere else or lost interest. Anyways, to get sure that can buy stuff even if you want to wait until we send it out you can chose the shipping option "Pay and reserve items now but ship them along with your next order anytime later".
Payment via Bank Transfer
Most customers pay with credit card or paypal. If you chose to pay with a bank transfer, please beware that the item is not yours until we recieve the payment. Only after we have recieved the payment the records the order is complete. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but this is necessary because we also had some customers how never paid, and others have not been able to get the records because of that.
Delayed and lost packages
Even if your package seems to be taking a long time to arrive, please wait 3 weeks after your order has shipped to report any “lost” items. We often get emails from folks who think their package has gone missing, but it almost always arrives. According to the statistics, less than 2% of all mail gets lost – so just hang tight, it will get there soon enough. If your package is in fact lost, we will sort something out.
If you place an international order, your package can take 1.5 months (or more) to arrive, depending on your country and the length of time it takes for packages to get through customs. If you are buying an item as a gift, please place your order well in advance, to allow enough time for it to arrive.
Ordering via email
If you would prefer to order via email instead of using our website and you have a PayPal account, please email info@bachelorrecords.com with your shipping address and a list of items you would like to purchase. We will make sure the items you would like are in stock, calculate the cost of shipping and send you a total before you send us a payment.
Please do not send a payment through PayPal without sending an email to info@bachelorrecords.com first.
Wholesale Inquiries
You have a record store or run a distribution and want to carry Bachelor releases? That’s great, you seem to have taste. Write to the email address above, you will get the wholesale price list sent by email, as well as other special offers.
Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Bachelor Records IT has created specific offences for unauthorised actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.
