Terms & Conditions:
We ship economy mail. Our shopping cart system works this way. If you rather want it airmail or with registered mail, let us know and we figure out the extra costs and get back to you. Please use your brain before putting a paypal claim or sth like that, if you dont pay for registered mail, you wont get it delivered with registered mail. Dont be a crybaby.

COVID-19 SITUATION: SHIPPING TO USA TAKES A VERY VERY (VERY) LONG TIME RIGHT NOW. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE CANNOT DO STH ABOUT THIS, UNLESS YOU ASK / PAY FOR AN ALTERNATIVE SHIPPING METHOD. THANK YOU!

Sometimes it takes more than one month until the package is shipped to the destination, expecially to SOUTH AMERICA and FRANCE. Please be patient. We inform you with an email when we ship the parcel. We use austrian and german postal office, and sometimes Hermes for EU destinations.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen or damaged records and merchandise while in transit during shipping. Please note that Bachelor Records are not responsible for shipment delays or damaged packages caused by the carrier.

All of above also goes for trades.

Returns:
Sorry, we don't accept returns unless there is a fault with the record/CD. Please return any faulty goods to our address on your cost. We try to replace the item or if this is not possible because the item is out of stock we will give you the money back.

Preorder:
Some items are listed as "preorder", means we do not have the item in stock yet. You can check the planned release date of a preorder product when you add it to your shopping bag. This date determines the shipping date. Please bear it in mind if the shopping bag includes other avaliable products. By default, the products are shipped when they are all available. Also, prices are subject to change with preorder items.

Large orders:
If you are making a large order we might be able to find a cheaper way to send it to you.

Why isn't my credit card working?
Well, we dont accept credit cards (yet), same goes for Bitcoins.

Insurace
If you would like insured shipping for orders below 50€ please notify us at the time of your order and we will invoice the extra shipping charge to you. A tracking number can also be provided if desired.

Packaging
We package all vinyl orders in reinforced cardboard mailers with sealed corners. Since we ourselves are customers of online vinyl, we know how to ensure safe transportation from our end.
